The Wellness Edge with Sandi Edghill (Ep 4)

Now What?
Sandi Edghill

In this episode, I explore what happens when you reach a season of life where things that once worked for you no longer fit the woman you've become.

As we grow, our perspectives change. The careers, relationships, responsibilities, and expectations we once embraced may no longer bring us the same fulfillment. But recognizing that something needs to change doesn't necessarily mean we need to walk away from everything we've built.

I talk about the importance of taking responsibility for the life we're living without blaming ourselves for the decisions we've made along the way. Sometimes, taking your life back isn't about starting over. It's about changing how you show up in the life you already have, establishing boundaries, asking for help, and making room for your own needs.

In this episode, I talk about:

• Recognizing when parts of your life no longer align with the woman you've become
• Taking responsibility for your choices without getting stuck in regret
• Understanding that change doesn't always require starting over
• Giving yourself permission to establish boundaries and prioritize your needs
• Identifying what you want to keep, change, or release in this season of life

Your Wellness Edge Work:

This week, I invite you to take a piece of paper and create three columns: Keep, Change, and Release.

Think about your life as it is today. What still brings you meaning and deserves a place in your life? What matters to you but needs to be experienced differently? And what are you carrying that you're ready to let go of?

You don't have to figure everything out at once. Start with one thing.

Remember: You don't have to take your whole life back today, but you can stop abandoning yourself in it. You may not be able to change everything around you, but you can take responsibility for what comes next.
